Salon 2000 Day Spa Return Policy

Our priority at Salon 2000 Day Spa is to make sure each and every guest leaves the salon delighted with his or her services.  We understand that occasionally a challenge will arise regarding guest satisfaction.  We stand behind our work at Salon 2000 and will make every attempt possible to correct any service challenge, whether with the original technician or with an alternate person.  We ask that any service challenges be brought to our attention within 7 days of the original service.  Please understand that we are unable to give refunds for services unless we have been given the opportunity to correct the  challenge within the salon. There is a 60 day return policy on Aveda products purchased from Salon 2000.  Returns on all non-Aveda products are for store credit only.  Salon 2000 Day Spa does not accept checks for any purchases.

Cancellation Policy

We request the courtesy of 24 hours notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  We will reserve appointments for groups or bridal parties of three or more, and Specialty services such as Natural Hair Extensions and ThermoStr8 hair straightening with a credit card number.  The deposit is refundable if the appointment(s) is cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment(s).  We accept all major credit cards.
