Above all, Salon 2000 Day Spa wants you to be delighted with our services. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we will make every attempt to resolve the situation to your satisfaction with your original Salon 2000 technician or with an alternate. Please understand, however, that we are unable to give refunds for services unless we have been given the opportunity to resolve your concern within the salon. In order to do so, you must contact us with any concern or complaint within seven days of your original service date.
Aveda Products
Salon 2000 Day Spa has a 30-day exchange policy on all non-cosmetic Aveda products. We will issue an exchange for a similar product or store credit for non-cosmetic Aveda products purchased from our salons.
We uphold and support the Aveda Corporate policy for the exchange of Aveda cosmetics and aromas, which states that they may only be returned to the retailer when they cause an adverse or allergic reaction to the customer. In order to execute a product exchange or store credit, the customer completes a form detailing the reaction, which will then be submitted to the Aveda Corporate office.
Other Products
All other (non-Aveda) retail sales are final.
Gift Cards + Gift Certificates
Salon 2000 Gift Cards and Gift Certificates may be returned for store credit only.
Payment By Check
A three week waiting period from the original purchase date is required for exchanges if your payment was made by check.
