Salon 2000 Day Spa Exchange Policy

Services
Above all, Salon 2000 Day Spa wants you to be delighted with our services.  If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we will make every attempt to resolve the situation to your satisfaction with your original Salon 2000 technician or with an alternate.  Please understand, however, that we are unable to give refunds for services unless we have been given the opportunity to resolve your concern within the salon.  In order to do so,  you must contact us with any concern or complaint within seven days of your original service date.
 
Aveda Products
Salon 2000 Day Spa has a 30-day exchange policy on all non-cosmetic Aveda products.  We will issue an exchange for a similar product or store credit for non-cosmetic Aveda products purchased from our salons.
 
We uphold and support the Aveda Corporate policy for the exchange of Aveda cosmetics and aromas, which states that they may only be returned to the retailer when they cause an adverse or allergic reaction to the customer.  In order to execute a product exchange or store credit, the customer completes a form detailing the reaction, which will then be submitted to the Aveda Corporate office.
 
Other Products
All other (non-Aveda) retail sales are final.
 
Gift Cards + Gift Certificates
Salon 2000 Gift Cards and Gift Certificates may be returned for store credit only.
 
Payment By Check
A three week waiting period from the original purchase date is required for exchanges if your payment was made by check.
 
Payment By Credit or Debit Card
Refunds for purchases made by a credit or debit card will be provided as a credit to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
 
Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
 
Shipping Policy
Please be assured that your Gift Cards and/or paper gift certificates purchased through our on-line system will ship out within two days of purchase.  We use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:  Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.  USPS deliveries occur according to USPS standard delivery services, excluding holidays.  If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at (952) 942-8444 for charges.
 
Cancellation Policy

We request the courtesy of 24 hours notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  We will reserve appointments for groups or bridal parties of three or more, and Specialty services such as Natural Hair Extensions and ThermoStr8 hair straightening with a credit card number.  The deposit is refundable if the appointment(s) is cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment(s).  We accept all major credit cards.
